Just closed on my listing in Corona for $17,000 over list price!!! We also accepted a backup offer for even more. The market is very hot right now, as home loans have become more affordable. The bad headlines like those about the spread of the Coronavirus are pushing interest rates to record lows. There are way more buyers out there than there are sellers. Buckle up!
