Today was the second day of our 10 day stretch to Hawaii. It was thanksgiving! but it really didn’t feel like it. I’ve never had classes on thanksgiving day before. The boat finally made edible food, it was good but in padre’s words “not as good as it can be”. Professor Andre gave us cookies for his birthday, even though it was a couple days ago when we were in Japan. Oh that’s right, I went to Japan, it was really really fun, and even more expensive. I have to say though, those Japanese are alot better at McDonalds than we are. It’s not cooked til you order it! I also pet some deer, and went to Disneyland. In Tokyo it was difficult for us to find places to eat in the middle of the day, alot of the restaurants use these odd vending machines to buy their food, it’s all in japanese korean or chinese. The food looked good, but we couldnt figure out what was in it. I’m pretty sure I ate pigeon in China, so I was a little more careful in Japan. We made sure to have Sushi almost every, and that was a great decision. Clay was very set on going to Shakey’s pizza, it cost alot and did’t taste good at all. Sean had the mayonnaise and corn pizza there, Japanese people eat odd things. We got some pictures with the locals, and they loved it. I always wanted to be the foreigner at Disneyland, and now that I have I want to go back to the real disneyland and take pictures with coca-cola and peace signs. Tomorrow I will sleep until 10… because I can.
